while outside playing together, we noticed lots of mushrooms after a spell of cooler weather and rain passed through. mimi points out the mushrooms to me, saying, "Look mom! Mushrooms! Are those Chanterelles?" she amazes me with the stuff she picks up on! have no idea where she learned about chanterelle mushrooms.
