I decided to stop adding to the blog on windows live spaces. 1. i can't get streaming video working properly on that one. 2. now that we are expecting another baby, i think it only fair that i create a 'family' blog, rather than just 'mimi's space'. So to kick off the new year properly, i've started the Im Family blog. One new year's resolution that i've already resolved to make is to learn to lay off mimi and not be too critical of her. i recently realized this was something i needed to make a conscious effort to do when i came to watch mimi's ballet 'performance' at school two days ago. we arrived for the lesson and mimi says, right off the bat, "mom, i'm not very good at ballet." i'm thinking that's nonsense. of course you are! but instead i say to mimi, "sweetie, all that matters is that you do your best and HAVE FUN!"
