
"On Wednesday evening, February 20th, the full Moon over the Americas will turn a delightful shade of red and possibly turquoise, too. It's a total lunar eclipse—the last one until Dec. 2010." so it says on the NASA website about tonight's lunar eclipse.
rob and i stood out on our cold front steps and looked up at the moon. it was really very interesting to see. not huge, but still quite clear. i snapped a photo of it and rob and i looked at it with binoculars. it was really interesting...really just weird looking...something almost unreal about the way it looked. like some kid's science fair project.
