today, as i went about my usual way of naming things and requesting that he try to say words, instead of nodding at me, shaking his head, or just flat out ignoring me, ozzy was making real concerted efforts to repeat what i was saying.
say, "ozzy" i said, and he said, "ahhhzzee"
say, "haba" and he says, "haba"
say, "mimi" and he says "nee nee"
in response to a circular block that he kept showing me and tapping with his finger, i said, "it's a circle." and he said, "cuhco"
